Complaints
We look into oral (phone) complaints immediately and resolve them on the spot if we can. If that is not possible, or you disagree with the solution, we take a written record and send you a copy. We reply to written complaints on the merits, in writing, within 30 days. If we reject a complaint, we explain why and tell you where you can turn. We keep the complaint and our reply for 3 years.

If we cannot resolve your complaint satisfactorily, as a consumer you can turn to the conciliation board (békéltető testület) for your place of residence or stay; we cooperate in the proceedings. - Digital services (DSA): if you think we have breached the EU Digital Services Act, you can complain to NMHH as Digital Services Coordinator (https://nmhh.hu).
- Courts: we do not stipulate exclusive jurisdiction against consumers.
Reporting illegal content
Anyone can report illegal content, even without an account. Members should use the report button next to the content. By email, write to support@vagylak.hu and include:
- exactly where the content is (the page address or the ID of the profile, message or photo),
- why you think it is illegal,
- your name and email address (optional when reporting sexual content depicting minors),
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the report is accurate and complete.
We confirm receipt, review the report without undue delay and tell you our decision. You can ask for a review of the decision at the same address, with the decision ID and your objection. Do not copy or attach illegal intimate images or content depicting children to your report; the exact location is enough.
Ideas and bug reports
If you have an idea or something does not work, you can quickly send it with the Feedback button in the footer. We read these but do not reply to each one; if you need an answer, send an email.
Data protection requests
You can send access, rectification, erasure or other data protection requests to support@vagylak.hu or by post; we reply within one month. Details are in the Privacy notice. You can also download your data yourself on the Settings page.
Withdrawal and refunds
You can send a withdrawal statement or refund request by email or post, without logging in and without any form. Details and the model form: Withdrawal and refunds.
For authorities
Our single point of contact under Articles 11 and 12 of the EU Digital Services Act (DSA) is support@vagylak.hu. We accept requests from authorities, data requests, preservation requests and removal orders at this address, by post (Tóth Alex e.v., 2220 Vecsés, Róder Imre utca 11., Hungary) or through the official electronic channel provided by law, in Hungarian or English. In urgent matters involving life or physical safety, also by phone: +36 30 338 2096.
We only provide data on the basis of a document bearing the authority’s official stamp and signature, or one authenticated electronically. The simplest way is the data request form for authorities, with the stamped document uploaded; a printable request form is available there too. For urgent preservation requests, we lock the member’s data even before the document arrives.
Please state in the request the name and contact details of the authority, the case number, the legal basis, exactly which data and period you ask for, the deadline, and whether notifying the member concerned is allowed. We confirm receipt and inform the authority of the action taken, as required by Articles 9 and 10 of the DSA. Section 8 of the Privacy notice describes how we handle requests.
