Withdrawal and refunds

As a consumer, you may withdraw from a paid contract made on VágyLak (Premium or VIP subscription, Flame pack, Featured message) within 14 days of making the contract, that is, of placing the order, without giving a reason; if performance has already started, you may terminate the contract. You meet the deadline if you send your statement on the 14th day.

A clear statement by email (support@vagylak.hu) or post (Tóth Alex e.v., 2220 Vecsés, Róder Imre utca 11., Hungary) is enough. You can use the model form below, but you do not have to. You do not need to log in. Please include the email address of your account and, if possible, the order ID or the transfer reference so we can find it quickly.

When ordering, you can expressly ask us to start performance immediately within the withdrawal period, acknowledging that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. The consequences:

• Premium and VIP subscriptions: if you terminate within 14 days, you pay for the period used so far and we refund the rest. For example, terminating a 30-day subscription on day 10, you get two thirds of the fee back.
• Automatically renewed subscriptions: a card subscription renews at the end until you cancel. You can also withdraw from a renewed period within 14 days of the renewal; we then deduct a fee in proportion to the days of the renewed period already used and refund the rest. Cancelling the renewal stops further renewals, with one click in My account.
• Flame pack: Flames are performed when credited. Once credited, the right of withdrawal ends because you have received the service in full.
• Featured message (message unlock): performed when the unlock is granted, so the right of withdrawal ends then. If the recipient does not even open your message within 7 days, you get one free unlock back.

If you did not expressly ask for immediate performance when ordering, or did not receive this information, we refund the full fee if you withdraw within 14 days.

We refund the amount due without undue delay, and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used: card payments go back to your card through SumUp, transfers go back to the account the transfer came from. We only use another method if you expressly ask for it and it costs you nothing extra. We do not charge for refunds. Withdrawal ends your access to the service you bought.

For your first subscription, if you get no new match within 30 days, we extend your subscription once, automatically, by 10 days. The guarantee does not replace or limit the right of withdrawal. Details: Terms section 8.

If the service does not work as promised, regardless of the right of withdrawal you can ask us to fix it, for a price reduction, or to end the contract with a refund. Details: Terms section 15.

If you paid by mistake, twice, or an amount different from the order, write to support@vagylak.hu with the order ID or the transfer reference and date. We refund mistaken payments. Never send your online banking password, full card number or a full bank statement.
